Many of these drug companies have committed to make their drugs available to all US residents, even those who cannot afford to pay for them. Each Patient Assistance Program (PAP) has its own qualification guidelines and has an application process open to anyone to apply. These drug manufacturers provide free prescription medications to those who qualify. Most companies do not provide free medication if you have prescription insurance.
