How are my medications delivered?
Most medications are delivered in one of the following ways:
1. They may be delivered directly to your home. This is the preferred method and we try to make this happen wherever possible.
2. They may be delivered to the prescribing physician's office.
3. They may be picked up at a local pharmacy. This method is used on occasion, but is not very common.

How long does it take for my medication to arrive?
It really depends on the medication and the company that administers the program. However, in most cases it takes between 30 - 45 days to get your medications coming to you. We must ask your physician to validate your medication request by completing and signing necessary paperwork for each medication. We then submit the request to the manufacturer for processing.
Can I complete the paperwork myself?
Yes, you can. Our service is not required to complete the paperwork. It's just like doing your taxes -- you may not need anyone to help you with them. However, if you hire a trained professional, who knows the process, they'll be able to maximize your savings. The process can also be labor intensive, especially if you don't like paperwork. The value we add is that we are trained and have the resources that can help you successfully navigate the complexities of each of the programs.
Is proof of income required?
Sometimes. The type of documentation required will depend on your income, source of income and the program requirements for the medication you are taking. Our staff will consult with you about what is needed, if anything.
How and when do I pay the Reach PA service fee?
We offer the following easy payment options:
1. Monthly Auto Debit
The monthly auto debit is drafted from your checking account on the date you specify. If you choose this method, Reach Patient Assistance will not bill you until you receive your medication from the manufacturer.
2. Pre-Payment
Pre-payment of three months of service prior to work being done. Payments can be made by Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). Enrollment is for the term of the pre-payment and no additional service will be performed until another payment is made.
3. Monthly Invoice
We send you an invoice on a monthly basis. This option is a little more expensive ($15/per month), but it's the same, great service.
There are no refunds on pre-payment of services except as stated in our Guarantee: If you do not qualify for enrollment in any PAPs, based on the information you provided, your payment will be promptly refunded. Reach Patient Assistance reserves the right to appeal the denial of any applications prior to refund.
