A wise woman (my mother-in-law) once told me to do all of my grocery shopping on the outer aisles of the store. This is where you'll find foods closest to their original state - the produce, fruits and vegetables. The inner aisles are filled with processed foods, which contain chemicals, preservatives, food coloring and a lot of sugar!
